Inoculating Your Agar

Begin by removing the parafilm from your Petri dishes. With your non-dominant hand, lift the Petri dish lid slightly to the side. Grab your syringe and add 1 to 3 droplets with your dominant hand. Repeat this process up the stack of Petri dishes.

Injecting liquid culture on top of your agar

Allow the Liquid to Dry

Once done, allow the Petri dishes to sit for 5-10 minutes to allow the liquid to dry.
