Remove agar from pressure cooker
Remove your sterilized agar from the pressure cooker.

Instructions
Allow the agar to cool down.
After turning off the pressure cooker, give the agar about an hour to cool down. Do not remove or loosen the lid while waiting. Also, leave the weight regulator on the vent pipe while the cooker cools down.
Also, never open the pressure cooker unless the pressure gauge is zero!

Warning: Do not remove the lid until you're ready to pour the agar and your workspace is clean and ready. If the agar sits too long outside the cooker, it will solidify, making it too hard to pour into your dishes.
Removing the flask and Petri dishes
The flask and wrapped Petri dishes will likely be hot after you open the pressure cooker. Use a towel or paper towel to grab the flask around its neck and quickly move it to your workspace.

Give the agar more time to cool
Until the agar is warm to the touch, let it sit and cool down more. If you pour the agar while it's too hot, your Petri dishes will build up considerable condensation. As mentioned above, the agar will solidify if it sits too long. So, staying close and monitoring the agar temperature is recommended.
